Prionosuchus is not a crocodile, as its name suggests, but a large amphibian that tracks its prey in the lakes of the permian. It feeds on fish and big insects but it also eats other amphibians which it keeps thanks to its powerful jaws. He spends most of his time in the water but comes out of the water at night to sleep.
