Herrerasaurus is the first dinosaur hunt larger preys (like rhyncosaurus) it possesses powerful jaw and sharp claws. Although this is a solitary hunter, he happens to hunt in pairs. It measures 3 meters but large specimens may reach 6 meters. However it is not the great predators of its time and in competition with the saurosuchus.
