Trocholites are a early species of the Cephalopod. It hunted fish, arthropods and other cephalopods. It moved forwards backwards. It release a water jet from a slot under its shell which pushes the Cephalopod forward. It had long tentacles that can grab and crush prey, as well as a sharp beak to crack the though armour of the arthropod. Its only rival is the large Cameroceras.
